Regarding the Servo Upgrade for the CNC Conversion, can you confirm which Meanwell Power Supplies are shown in the video? I don’t see them listed on the materials list. It appears 2 are 24V and 1 appears to be 5V but I’m not sure.

Yes, there are three PSU:

  • 2x 24V for controlling the Z-axis break as well as pneumatic solenoids and LEDs
  • 1x 5V for the Mesa controller board

I was looking at your diagram for the 7i76E board DYN 4 Servo Wiring and there is a note NOT to connect the board with 5VDC.

Is this still valid based upon the last comment 1X5V for the Mesa controller board?

Yes, I believe my last response is an error. The Mesa 7i76e is powered by 24V
